Kauai Ziplines ZIPLINES: Kauai has taken a great activity right out if the canopies of Costa Rica to the rain forests of Hawaii. You lock into a harness and zip along cables through valleys, beside trees, and above rivers until you reach a swimming area. It’s our very own Lazy Tarzan ride, more commonly referred to as Zip-n-Dip.

Prepare yourself for a unique adventure of beauty, suspension, and flying when you ride in an open-air all terrain vehicles then clip in for a Zipline Adventure. Glide over the tops of trees on a series of 8 Ziplines and on, very Indiana Jones-esc, suspension bridge. Then enjoy a picnic lunch near a waterfall and natural swimming pool with a hammock and inner-tubes to let you float about. This 4 hour adventure is defiantly something to write home about.

Have an adventure and learn something too. This adventure begins with an informative ride through sugarcane back-roads rich with history that your guide will fill you in on. They descend from valley ledge to ledge on a series of 7 lines that zip you over layers of canopy and a tranquil river. Enjoy a deli lunch and a swim before returning from this 3.5 hour trip.

If zipping and scenery is all that you’re after than the Zipline Trek might just be for you. This is 3 hours of zipping, swimming, rope-swinging, and hiking in the dense forest of Kipu.

For a half day variety of action, try a Kipu Safari.
